With the KU SG 2.45 – 250 A Kuhne electronic presents a high power signal generator for the ISM band around 2.45 GHz.
This device is especially designed for “Microwave Heating”. But it can also be used for propagation tests of electromagnetic waves, EMC tests, plasma generation and other applications.

The KU SG 2.45 – 250 A can be controlled via a serial interface (3.3 V level). The commands and status information can be transmitted via a downloadable GUI or a common terminal program.
In addition to that, warnings and alarms are signaled through a LED on the signal generator.
The output signal can be adjusted between 2400 … 2500 MHz in steps of 5 MHz; the output power is adjustable between 0 … 250 W in steps of 10 W.
